Mobile rotators(movable turning roll)
This series welding turning roll consists of driving frame¡¢idler frame and electric system.
Pedestals of driving¡¢idler rollers are all frame-type welding-members, with reasonable design.
The drive turning roll adopts double driving, the 2 rollers on the turning roll are driven by 2 motors with reducer into rotation.
The output rotation speed of 2 motors are controlled by one inverter, ensure the equal linear speed of 2 drive rollers, then ensure the stable rotation of work piece on turning roll
The roller¡¯s distance of drive turning roll is adjusted by manual lead screw couple, accommodating different work-piece D, ensuring surrounding angle of work-piece between 45¡ã¡«110¡ã£»
There¡¯s clamp plate between drive bed and pedestal, quick positioning and clamping after move the position;
Core of roller is made of cast-iron, clad with polyurethane, which with big loading capacity and good abrasion-proof performance£»
Welding structure members are stress-relieved post welding, guaranteeing long-term non-deformation
Beside the main control box of welding turning roll, there is a remote operation cabinet for remote control, and there is a linkage control interface, which can realize the linkage control with welding manipulator.
Speed control system adopts inverter speed control, which with low frequency high torque, with revolving difference compensation function, and also with over current, short circuit protection function. |
