    Name: Pass Through Type Steel Plate Shot Blasting Machine
    Introduction:

    Shot blasting machine

    This series machine is a multi-function steel material and profile steel treating equipment for cleaning steel plates and profiles. The world advanced high efficiency single disk curve blade impeller head projects bunches of pills in high speed and density to impact on the original surface of the steel material and cause the rust layer, welding slag, oxide skin and other stains fall off quickly. The steel material and work pieces obtain a clean surface in certain roughness, thus improve the adhesion of lacquer film to the steel surface. The pill blastinging gives steel work piece metallic luster on the surface and visible part, expose the surface defect and enhances the anti fatigue and corrosion resisting performance. It also improves the inner quality of the steel and prolongs its service life.

    H Beam production line

    The production line of common H beam steel is composed of some main equipments such as multiple tip gas cutting machine, H-beam assembling machine, the gantry submerged arc welding machine, straightening machine, shot blasting machine and so on. It is much flexible and can be operated independently by single machine on the manufacturing technology. In order to improve whole operating efficiency, it also can be added some device discretionarily at different parts if technology requires. But it needs to depend on hoisting equipment during the process of changing. It is required that workshop should have certain ability and amount of hositing.

    GH/K CNC multiple tips cutting machine.

    On the base of former numerical control cutting machine, the cutting machines. The cutting machines in series add several straight-line cutting torches(according to the user`s requirement) to uct along lengthwise direction. It not only can cut any planimetry-drawing figure,but also can cut several straight plates at the same time. So it has double functions using just single machine.

    Rail span: 3-5m(single side driving)

    4-12m(double side driving)

    GH series multiple tip cutting machine

    This series of cutting machine is a high-efficiency oxygen and acetylene(or propane) flame cutting equipment. It has two functions of cutting vertical plates with multiple tips along lengthwise direction and cutting flat edges along traverse direction. The machine use silicon-controlled DC servo motor to adjust speed. It has a large range to change the speed and was stable and reliable. The driving system adopts DC servo system of modulating pulse width.
